Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TailorGrow (the "Service"), operated by TailorGrow. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TailorGrow is an English-learning platform that provides personalized lessons, aptitude assessment, classroom tools, lesson scheduling, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction; where a user is a minor, a parent, guardian, or school must agree to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to share.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. writing, notes). You grant TailorGrow a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for the content you submit.

5. Google services

Certain features integrate with Google (Sign-in, Calendar, Meet, and Drive). Your use of those Google features is also subject to Google's terms. How we handle data received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google access at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by TailorGrow and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailorGrow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
